Terms of Service

(Please read carefully before order.)

  • This price is a personal use commission.

  • For commercial commissions are usually double cost of the provided non-commercial. (Please inform before requirements.)

  • The credit for the work remains with the Artist, Employer cannot claim that it is artwork own.

  • Credits to HIYUMARU or LovekumA.

  • It is not allowed to use the work in the Blockchain/ NFT or AI in any case.

  • It takes about 1-2 weeks to work.

  • Major changes are not allowed if the finishing stage already confirmed.

  • Full payment is required before I started working.

  • Payments are made via Paypal.

  • Cancel works with full refunds are allowed only if I haven not started on your commission. Please ask first.

  • The finished artwork will be showed at my site after the deal is complete on the end of month. In case you would like to keep your work private, please inform me before or after you receive my work.

Work Process

  1. Contact me directly: Facebook, Twitter, Deviant Art (slow) with the requirement info.

  2. If I accept the commission, I will sketch a sample image based on the brief. If the requirements are incorrect I will fix it for free in the first 3 times.
    (If my sketches are unpleasant, you can cancel commission without being blacklisted.)

  3. If you accept the draft stage. I will inform you about price and the way for payment.

  4. If you paid it, I will start drawing.

  5. During working, I will update my work continuously. If there is any mistake, it can be ordered to be corrected. But cannot change the main point other than the requirement info.

  6. When the work is completed. I will send it to you to review first. And when you agree I actually submit original file via Google Drive or E-mail.

  7. After the work has been submitted, it cannot be edited. (If you really want, ask me first.)

  • This price is a start price for personal use commission only.

  • Price will be increased by character details, props and elements in the artwork.
    - FREE for a small element.
    - Increased $10~$50 per big element eg. bouquet, weapon, foods, pets, complex design, etc.)

  • 3 times modified for the sketch process without additional charge. (Next service fee $5 each time)

  • For Background:
    - FREE for solid color, color gradient, easy pattern background.
    - Detailed background starts from $20~$50. (up to details)

  • Prices include Paypal transfer fees (no additional fees later).

● Character with white or black color background picture file .PNG, size 2480 x 3508 pixels, 300 dpi.
● Character with full background picture file .PNG size 2480 x 3508 pixels, 300 dpi. (If in requirement)

Promotion

When ordering commissions for every bill of $1,000,
get a FREE Full Color worth not more than $100, 1 picture!!

  • Promotion period from today until I resigned from being an artist.

  • When all points have been accumulated, you can redeem the privilege immediately. Or can keep that right to use in the next opportunity until I resigned from being an artist.

  • If the request worth less than $100, will be deemed to have exercised that right, the difference cannot be accumulated for the next commission. And cannot order multiple requests at the same time until the total of $100.

  • If the request is worth more than $100, the customer will have to pay the difference.

  • Other details are the same as normal commissions.

Required Info

  • COMMISSIONER'S NAME: Nickname or Pen name

  • E-MAIL: For payment and submit completed file.
    (If the E-mail for payment and the E-mail for receiving files are different, please inform.)

  • OTHER CONTACT: If you are not convenient, it's okay.

  • TYPE: Scale - Type of Coloring (eg. Full Body - Full color or Headshot - Line art sketch, etc.)

  • USAGE: Personal use / Commercial use

  • TOTAL CHARACTERS: Number of characters

  • CHARACTER REFERENCES:
    - Character's image. (If there is no picture, can briefly describe the characteristics)
    - Description of the character such as age, gender, personality, etc. In case of more than 1 character, please describe the relationship between them, and inform the height of each character.

  • DETAILES:
    - Face expression
    - Compose
    - Props
    - Location (If any)
    - Mood & Tone
    - ETC.

  • DEADLINE: (Please allow at least 2 weeks.)

  • The way for receiving files: E-mail / Google Drive / Both

  • Allow me to post the finished work on SNS?: Yes / Yes but hide the commissioner's name / No
